Top tips for everyday relief

We’ve put together some of our top tips for helping relieve the pain and discomfort of sinusitis1:

  • Get plenty of sleep
  • Use a natural saline spray daily to keep the sinuses moist
  • Drink adequate fluids
  • Take paracetamol or ibuprofen to reduce pain and fever
  • Apply warm face packs for localised relief
